this person will combine strong marketing operations expertise with well-rounded b2b marketing execution.
they will help us run a smarter, more disciplined go-to-market engine - not just manage systems, but understand how the business actually performs.this is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and high trust.role overviewthis role requires a strong marketing operations background, but we are intentionally hiring someone who has grown beyond pure ops into broader gtm execution.you willown hubspot marketing hub and lifecycle governanceown marketing pipeline visibility and reporting disciplinelead operational planning and execution of webinars and eventsimprove campaign performance and attribution claritythis is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of data, revenue, and business strategycore responsibilitiesmarketing operations & data ownershipserve as primary owner of hubspot (marketing hub)govern lead lifecycle stages, mql definitions, routing logic, and attribution standardsbuild and maintain advanced automation workflowsmaintain data hygiene and reporting integritytroubleshoot issues impacting sales visibility or reporting accuracyadvanced, hands-on hubspot expertise is requiredpipeline reporting & business insightown how we measure pipeline, performance, and revenue contribution across marketing and salesbuild and maintain dashboards tracking conversion, velocity, win rates, deal size, and source performanceestablish standardized reporting definitions across marketing and salespresent insights to leadership and recommend specific, actionable next stepsidentify trends and seasonality patterns in pipeline performanceproactively surface risks and improvement opportunitiesyou must be comfortable presenting to stakeholderscampaign, webinar & event executionlead operational planning and execution of webinars, events, and multi-channel campaignsdraft and refine email copy for event promotions, webinar invites, reminders, follow-ups, and nurture sequencesensure campaigns are properly built, tracked, and measured inside hubspotcoordinate timelines, workflows, follow-ups, and post-event reportingoptimize event and webinar roicontribute directly to tactical execution across marketing projects when bandwidth or complexity requires itgtm alignment & cross-functional executionalign marketing automation and reporting with sales workflowsimprove lead handoffs and feedback loops between marketing and salessupport outbound segmentation and campaign coordinationbring structure to cross-functional initiativesprocess discipline & continuous improvementidentify inefficiencies and fix them without being askedreduce manual work through automation and structured process designmaintain documentation for lifecycle governance and reporting standardsover-communicate when processes change, or issues arisebring structured thinking to ambiguous projectsrequired experience5-7+ years in b2b marketing with a strong marketing operations foundationprior dedicated marketing operations roles requiredadvanced hands-on hubspot expertise (marketing hub)mandatory experience supporting a b2b sales-led funnelexperience building dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholdersexperience executing webinars, events, or multi-channel b2b campaignsprofessional fluency in english (written and verbal)overlap with us eastern business hourspreferredexperience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environmentsexperience in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology servicesthe type of person who thrives herehighly articulate communicatorcritical thinker who challenges assumptionscomfortable presenting to leadership and partnersproactive and accountabledetail-oriented without losing business contextorganized and structured in a fast-moving environment.fixes problems instead of escalating them.if you bring discipline, ownership, and energy to your work, you will thrive in this role.why echelon?
