job summary: join our financial technology team as an intern in the general services area, gaining hands‑on experience in technology solutions that support financial operations.
* perform workday integration monitoring and send integration results to users (workday, pnet and t&a).
* provide user support and execute mass load processes in workday.
* update sharepoint and develop application instructions.
* facilitate meetings with users and manage hris metrics.
* interact with providers such as workday, capgemini, peoplenet, and t&a.
* maintain total rewards tools (ms forms, power automate, macros).
* support total rewards areas: benefits management, savings fund, retirement (pension plan), compensation management.
* requirements:
o current student in the last semesters of computer/systems/software engineering, finance, or business administration.
o proficient in microsoft excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data sorting, macros).
o microsoft office, power automate, sharepoint, ms forms, power apps, a preference for ai tools (copilot, prompts).
o 80% english level with good communication skills (verbal and written).
o rfc (mandatory).
