We're seeking an experienced *advanced manufacturing engineer - intermediate* to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions and improve production efficiency. *responsibilities*:
- lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, such as robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions, improve product quality, and increase production efficiency.
- design and optimize manufacturing layouts and workflows to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
- conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- develop and implement standard operating procedures (sops) and work instructions to ensure consistent and efficient production processes.
- perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and improve overall performance.
- create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- stay updated on the latest industry advancements and emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing.
- provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.

- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or similar role.
- extensive knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies, such as robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- proficiency in cad software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- excellent project management skills.
