health, safety & compliance responsibilities
* monitor compliance with workplace safety, health, and fire regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
* support emergency preparedness initiatives and maintain current training certifications.
recruitment duties
* collaborate in full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, evaluating candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* support employer branding efforts and internal referral programs to enhance the company's reputation.
* oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, guaranteeing a smooth transition into the organization.
* coordinate with internal departments (it, facilities, payroll) to ensure all necessary tools and systems are operational from day 1.
* deliver engaging onboarding sessions and provide orientation on company policies and culture.
* monitor completion of required documentation and training during the onboarding period.
learning & development support
* organize training sessions, both internal and external, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* track and maintain accurate records of employee training, compliance courses, and professional development activities.
* support performance review cycles and individual development planning to foster career growth and success.
requirements
* a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources roles, with a strong background in generalist duties.
* proficiency in intermediate to advanced english (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* demonstrated communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to excel in a dynamic work environment.
* proficiency in microsoft office; experience with hris tools is advantageous.
* able to handle sensitive information discreetly, proactively, and resourcefully.
* familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards is desirable but not essential.
