we are looking for a natural appointment setter to identify new opportunities, connect with high-level decision-makers, and schedule strategic meetings for our closing teams.

*key responsibilities*:
- actively identify business opportunities in the u.s. and latin america.
- schedule a minimum number of qualified meetings with decision-makers each month.
- use crm (teramain) to manage prospects and track progress.
- conduct introductory product presentations and schedule demos.
- support the sales director in preparing for commercial closings.
- maintain regular communication with prospects until the meeting is confirmed.
- follow up effectively with active leads and re-engage inactive ones.
- utilize digital tools for research, automation, and productivity.
- work results-oriented in a fully remote environment.
- report progress and key metrics independently on a weekly basis.
*required qualifications*:

proficiency in english* (as a second language).

2-3 years of sales experience* (required); b2b or software sales is a plus.
- self-confidence, strong motivation, and high commitment.
- willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
