job description:
as a business development manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing accounts, and expanding our market presence. You won't just be closing new deals—you'll also ensure that the needs of our current clients are met effectively. You'll work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to build strategic relationships, manage key accounts, and guarantee exceptional service.
key responsibilities:
* identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets, aligning strategies with company goals.
* act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all needs are efficiently met.
* build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them from prospecting to closing.
* collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and expansion opportunities.
* conduct market research to identify trends and emerging needs, proposing tailored client solutions.
* prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to increase company visibility and establish strategic connections.
* monitor and report on business development and account management activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
technical knowledge required:
* experience using crm and sales management tools.
* knowledge of prospecting techniques and sales closing strategies.
* familiarity with market analysis and research tools.

requirements:
* advanced english (c2) and business english proficiency.
* previous experience in business development or sales in a b2b environment.
* willingness to travel as needed and attend events.
