- bachelor degree architecture
- minimum 3 years of experience
- *excellent design and technical ability*:
- proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
- *able to competently use revit, autocad, rhino and photoshop*:
- proven ability to develop business through building strong working relationships
- good working knowledge of construction and building law
- team working
- creative
- *english proficency (necessary)*
frequently used software:
- advanced knowledge of 2d/3d production software
- *advanced revit*:
- microsoft office, adobe suite
- advanced revit tools such as rhino, sketch up, grasshopper
- physical modeling tools such as 3d laser printing
- presentation tools (indesign, photoshop, etc.)
