Key user for sap operations
we're seeking a skilled key user to bridge the knowledge gap between operations and our sap system. As the primary point of contact, you'll address doubts or errors in the system or process and provide support to various leaders and processes owners.
the ideal candidate will have specific knowledge about operations and sap processes, as well as analytical skills to generate indicators and review sap workflows. Your expertise will enable you to:
* provide key insights into operation and sap processes
* analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system
* share feedback with leaders and stakeholders when detecting root causes
* participate in sessions on sap topics with different leaders or teams within our network
* assist teams in analyzing information or sap flows to create or automate indicators
if issues cannot be resolved by this role, they will need to escalate them to the technical field.
