day-to-day/the project: supporting integrations between oracle cloud and colleague
managing 3rd-party integrations across various campus systemsdeveloping, fixing, and migrating new and existing integrations
seniority level: we would like to see 5+ year but flexible on this in the following: must have oracle integration experience, either with oracle cloud (highly preferred) or ebs (acceptable with strong technical skills).
experience querying data from oracle cloud hcm (hr side) is a strong plus.
candidates must be able to speak in detail about hr/payroll
knowledge: strong understanding of core hr and payroll tables
how to access hr and payroll data
what data is stored in which tables
how data is exposed via rest apisthe flow of data through oracle systems
should have strong skills in: core hr tables
reporting tables rest api structure and how apis expose internal datapl/sql proficiency (required for ebs candidates)
must be highly technical, with the ability to:troubleshoot integration issues
understand and improve existing code
analyze and interpret code to identify optimization opportunities
preferred skills: snap logic or other api management/integration platforms plus
familiarity with state reporting requirements for payroll and hr plus
soft skills: must be clear, articulate, and comfortable communicating with functional leads
strong problem-solving mindset - should be able to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
