Overview
we are seeking a business development manager / property manager assistant who will play a dual role in driving growth while supporting property management operations at vpm solutions. You will be instrumental in building business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and assisting in the efficient management of properties.
responsibilities
within the first 60 days:
* develop outbound strategies
* begin realtor referral campaigns
* add new clients to the crm
* close new business opportunities
by 90 days:
* independently run the business development suite
* consistently achieve business development goals
* present actionable plans for future growth
property management support responsibilities:
* process paperwork for new residents (eligibility, credit checks, leases, move-in inspections, etc.)
* maintain and complete resident files with the property manager
* assist with resident issues, including neighbor or community-related concerns
* support with notices and eviction proceedings
* manage property inspections, review reports, notify parties, and enter repairs in property meld
* process rental applications: collect fees, conduct screenings, verify information, send leases, and record commissions in buildium
* coordinate lease renewals: send offers, follow up with tenants, schedule inspections, facilitate signatures, and record commissions in buildium
* manage insurance reporting (general liability reports via surevestor) and ensure buildium accuracy
* generate leases and property management contracts, send for e-signatures
* communicate with applicants, residents, vendors, and hoas professionally
* ensure utilities are set up in residents’ names
* assist with owner onboarding and workflow creation for efficiency
* learn and use buildium, property meld, google suite, crm tools effectively
* provide customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
* support move-ins, move-outs, and general office record maintenance

* proficiency (or quick learning ability) with buildium, property meld, google suite, and crm tools
