About the role:
we are looking for a billing analyst to join us at landing! In this role, you’ll report to our billings manager and support the billings and collections function along with a team of other analysts.

We ensure that compliance is efficiently maintained using systems and well-defined processes to achieve this. We play a critical role in landing’s mission and we partner closely with the business to make the company more successful. Our accounting team includes a revenue team and an expense team that works closely together, reporting to the vp corporate controller along with specialist roles such as tax, payroll, and external reporting.
We are looking for an energetic & passionate individual who has strong organizational skills and can handle working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Our office is an open concept where we are working hard, but also having fun along the way, listening to music, and probably enjoying a plethora of our company-provided lunch & snacks!
What you’ll do:
- perform daily audits of landing member billing data
- process daily billing inquiries through use of mission control, zendesk and slack
- perform monthly collections activities
- drive various billing related projects to completion
what you need:
- ability to work in-office
- advanced conversational english
- ability to work m-f 9 to 6 cst
- good working knowledge of overall microsoft business suite (excel) and google business suite (sheets)
- exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a high sense of urgency.
- strong work ethic with the flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as necessary
