the supply chain manager will oversee the entire supply chain management process to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.
main responsibilities:
* coordinate and monitor inventory levels, shipments, and logistics operations to guarantee timely delivery of goods.
* develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize warehouse space, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
* negotiate with suppliers and retailers to secure best prices and services.
* comply with customs regulations, import/export laws, and tax requirements.
* track cargo information, arrange order shipments, and communicate with staff members to meet production demands.
* evaluate logistics data to identify areas for cost optimization and implement corrective actions.
* ensure compliance with certifications such as immex, prosec, vat, ctpat, and aeo.
* analyze inventory systems and develop plans to manage stock levels efficiently.
