In support of our biggest hr operations project, this position is responsible for full-cycle payroll processing in the united states.
*responsibilities*
- processing payroll. Ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately on a weekly and biweekly basis.
- initiate and update employee payroll transactions directly into payroll, meeting payroll schedule to ensure employees are paid on time.
- upload in sap hours, bonuses, reimbursements etc.
- desirable knowledge of local, state, federal, and /or country tax requirements and wage and pay practices to ensure pay is accurate.
- producing accurate and effective information using simple queries and reporting tools.
- performing detailed verification, review, and preparation of payroll updates.
- understanding the end-to-end functional processes as well as how the functional processes integrate with the overall end-to-end payroll processes.
- interacting with peers in international teams to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- providing assistance in developing process documentation for payroll system transactions.
- interprets pay policies, e.g. vacation, loa, disability, workers compensation us, etc.
*requirements*:
- 2+ years of accounting experience in corporate payroll.
- international background.
- strong attention to detail, professional ethics, and impeccable confidentiality.
- experience in payroll hr software, or payment platforms sap and kronos, nice-to-have.
- english skills
*salary*: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
