About the role: we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales director to lead our business expansion in mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning our ai-driven solutions in the local market. This role requires a blend of deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: # establish and nurture professional, productive relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, delivering insightful and customized solutions that address client business challenges. # lead end-to-end solution development, coordinating cross-functional teams (product, delivery, marketing) to design and implement solutions that meet partner objectives and drive adoption of company programs. # achieve assigned sales targets and strategic goals within designated partner accounts. # proactively initiate and manage joint business planning with partners to define shared performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones. # collaborate closely with partner sales teams to jointly pursue end-client opportunities, while developing clear channel engagement policies and effectively managing potential channel conflicts. # represent the company in local industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and identify new business opportunities.qualifications: # native or bilingual proficiency inspanish, english, and mandarin chinese is mandatory. #10+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably inb2b enterprise solutions, with a strong background inmaas (monitoring/modeling as a service), credit reporting, risk management, or the credit investigation industry. # must have experience working on the vendor/supplier sidewith a proven track record of selling technology or data solutions to financial services, insurance, or large corporate clients. # demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory plans, close complex deals, and consistently exceed revenue targets. # excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging c-level executives. # entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and adaptable to a rapidly evolving technology landscape. # willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as needed.preferred experience: background inai/ml applications, data analytics, or saas platforms within financial services or insurance.
