handle communication with federal, state and local regulatory agencies and departments of taxresearch federal and state statutes or local municipal ordinances related to business license requirementsconduct, review and document research and analysis of a wide range of business licensing, m&a, bankruptcy and other corporate transactional issuesattend client calls to understand critical areas of importance and apply technical knowledge to specific client situationsassist with creating deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed critical by the clientwork as part of a multidisciplinary team and clearly communicate work plan, project objectives, and timelinesseek out opportunities to understand others' experiences, perspectives and differencesbuild internal relationships with other members of the tax teamprovide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectationsbuild client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client businessdemonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work productshow will you grow and be supported?
