The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will drive the effort to find and attract talent for our business, ensuring high-quality candidates for our clients and the best candidate experience for our applicants.
Main responsibilities
* Support the execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements and upcoming projects.
* Manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions to post online, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, handling administrative work related to our internal processes, and ensuring a successful candidate onboarding until their hire date.
* Source stellar candidates by looking beyond direct applications and leveraging search engines and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
* Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions, including talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.
1. Requirements:
* Advanced English Proficiency
* 3+ years of experience in Corporate
* Recruiting End to End.
* US Recruitment/Headhunting experience: A significant advantage that could position you as a top candidate.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
* Monday knowledge: A plus.
