As a store planning architect, you will be responsible of the layout designs and management for store projects. You will report directly to the store planning manager. You will be located in mexico city.
*key responsibilities*
- you will create and develop layouts according to the store´s image manuals.
- you will manage simultaneously up to 10 projects.
- you will comply with the assigned budget for each project.
- you will always follow up with projects, assuring the quality guidelines.
- you will participate in project negotiation working with our sales department to ensure client´s satisfaction.
*qualifications*
- experience of at least 3 years in architectural design.
- experience in layouts design and retail.
- english level: a2 or higher.
- travel availability. You will travel to different states at least 7 times a month.
- autocad and photoshop knowledge.
