Controller location: reynosa, mexico work arrangement: onsite what you'll do relate search is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a controller to its reynosa, mexico facility. This individual will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, payroll, taxation, compliance, and financial controls for a 500 employee manufacturing site. The controller will partner closely with the plant manager and site leadership team to support operational decision making, drive financial performance, and strengthen business processes. This role will lead a team and will require strong experience within a maquiladora environment, including taxation, customs, and cross border transactions.
