- Fluent or Native English written and spoken (80% minimum)
- Living in CDMX (will no accept candidates from other states)
- Open to come to the office at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in a livestreaming or internet based company (must)
- Experience in customer service positions (+2 years is a must)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans for family (WhatsApp communities) to boost user engagement, loyalty, and monetization.
- Plan and manage revenue-generating activities, introduce innovative formats, and refine strategies in collaboration with family (Community) leaders.
- Analyze community data and feedback to optimize performance and monitor key metrics like traffic and engagement.
- Maintain and update the family points store.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in live-streaming operations or activity planning is a plus;
- Familiarity with WhatsApp/Discord community management is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and execution skills.
- Must be based in Mexico and work on-site.
- At least 2 years of experience in a livestreaming or internet based company
- +2 years of experience in customer service positions

Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
