about the role
the business operations manager will be responsible for providing support to a fulfillment center operations team by managing site-wide projects independently. This involves working closely with senior stakeholders to develop the culture for the site or business, applying understanding of leadership principles and values when consulting with employees and managers, and initiating and supporting client group or site leadership.

* 5+ years of previous human resources business partner experience.
* 5+ experienced years in working in an operations environment/associates.
* 5+ experienced years in payroll processes.
* 5+ years managing employee/labor relations.
* 5+ years' experience in talent management.
* english and spanish level advanced.
