requirements:- 2+ years of experience- conversational english- availability to work from cdmx, mty, qro or gdl (hybrid mood)- microsoft teams rooms (mtr) daily operations and monitoring- real time device health checks (consoles, cameras, microphones, displays, peripherals)- troubleshooting teams rooms hardware/software/network issues- servicenow (snow) incident resolution and documentation- managing teams room accounts, licensing, policies- microsoft teams admin center (tac)- provision & enroll mtr devices- push configuration profiles- manage app/firmware updates- monitor alerts and health devices- microsoft teams rooms pro management portal- telemetry, automated updates- remote diagnostics- room analytics- microsoft intune / endpoint manager- policies, certificates, baselines- app deployment & patching- remote reset/wipe- oem platform exposure: logitech sync, poly lens, crestron, yealink, lenovo- exchange online admin center (room calendars, scheduling permissions, booking policies)if you are interested, send me your updated resume to: *
