role and responsibilities
1. (managing operation of forecasted demand) plan procurement management by understanding the operating standards of the forecasted demand and understanding how to make it delivered on time with a right quantity.
2. (response to delivery) prepare establishing countermeasures for the cause analysis and actions by understanding the forecasting method of the materials that can cause delivery issues.
3. (partners' capacity analysis) prepare analyzing the partner's capacity and setting up an operational strategy according to the production plan.
4. (inventory management) prepare minimizing the failure by proper inventory management through material requirement analysis.
