The analog and mixed signal engineer verifies and evaluates complex analog and mixed signal integrated circuits to be integrated at soc level.responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- determining creative validation approaches and parameters.- debugging tools and circuits failures and provides recommendations for fixing.- interacting with logic and analog circuit designers, as well as, architects to define mixed signal validation plan and scope.- participating in the improvement of the mixed signal validation methodology, creates technical documentation to support team's development.- good interpersonal skills.- advanced communication skills.
*qualifications*minimum qualifications:- 6+ months of experience with mixed signal validation tools and methodologies.- 6+ months of experience with analog and digital circuits at transistor and system levels.- 2+ years of experience with hardware description languages (verilog, system verilog).- 2+ years of experience with unix or linux operating systems.- intermediate to advanced english level.preferred qualifications:- work experience with vcs-xa or similar.- work experience validating circuits and systems in nanometric technologies preferrable in 10nm.- scripting experience in languages like perl, python, etc.
