Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.*role:* supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality.*what the candidate will do:* develop and maintain the master production schedule (mps) according to demand, customer orders, and business priorities.* sequence production orders considering plant capacity, material availability, changeover times (setups), and operational constraints.* directing master production schedules; reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence* analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems like *bottlenecks, installed capacity, and efficiency*, recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.* ensure compliance with *on-time delivery (otd)* targets and minimize delays and obsolete inventory* analyze key performance indicators such as *schedule adherence, wip, lead time, aged production orders and capacity utilization* collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.*education requirement:* *bachelor's degree*: in industrial engineer administrator, mechanical engineer administrator or related careers.* *intermediate english conversational*what skills the ideal candidate will have:*effective communication:* applies tools and techniques to convey and interpret ideas clearly.* uses language and non-verbal cues effectively.* understands its importance in business success.*problem solving* intermediate proficiency in office 365, especially excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting).* strong analytical mindset to address challenges related to production, materials, and scheduling.*production scheduling and control* minimum 1 year in production scheduling.* proficient in the use of mrp systems for material planning and control.
