monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations based on monthly brand analysis.lead the development of oce (omnichannel engagement) materials and ensure their deployment across all active brand channels.manage a&p; budgets and ensure timely implementation of marketing actions aligned with strategic objectives.cultivate and maintain relationships with kols (key opinion leaders) and hcos (healthcare organizations).
manage agencies and coordinate national and international hcp events, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.develop influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives.about youbachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or omnichannel strategy in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.skilled in stakeholder management, analytics, and campaign performance measurement.fluent in spanish and advanced english.proactive, analytical thinker with a collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with hcps, kols, and external partners.
