Plan, direct, and monitor all production or maintenance activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production/maintenance specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
*you role will be*:
- maintain world class safety performance
- demonstrate planning & execution of production programs
- projects & permits vertical star-up on time and budget.
- monthly budget compliance
- plant savings from manufacturing / continuous improvement / lean
- comply with the reliability of maintenance of the productive channels of ptl.
- develop & execute capacitation matrix for maintenance technicians
*your profile needs these qualifications*:
- at least 5 years as maintenance supervisor/automation engineer/instrumentation and control technician
- english language *advanced* skills
- sap pm maintenance management
- projects management
- budget control and management,
- industrial security with stps, nfpa,
- safety and protection of the environment with semarnat and iso 1400
- quality standards of processes and products iso 9000, iso 22000, haccp
- automation and control engineer, electronics engineer, mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer or any related.
