We are looking for a shift lead to manage our service desk operations.this role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing service desk support teams.strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to manage a team of at least 30 people.the ideal candidate will have experience working with customers on-site and handling requests in a timely manner.they should also be able to manage onsite resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.the successful candidate will work closely with hcl leadership to develop and implement team strategies.
