- design and implement cultural and dei strategies
- coordinate culture & dei actions at national level
- coordinate and assist enterprise resources groups (ergs) - pride, women of ford, nextgen and feda (diverse abilities)
- benchmark analysis and represent ford in dei external groups
- be a culture & dei consultant for all the organization in mexico
- design and implement communication campaigns for culture & dei
- design and coordinate internal events as hr
what you'll need:
degree in human resources, organizational psychologist or administration, hr experience and english
