as sr hr operation specialist you will be responsible for supporting new hire experience through the coordination of onboarding process in mexico. Support the delivery of corporate and local human resources processes including new hires, internal transfers, promotions, and administrative tracking. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function and employees along with guidance and support to quickly resolve employee inquires. Provide flawless end to end execution of human resource services and processes to support business objectives. Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of human resource solutions. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive human resources organization. All these responsibilities and occasionally support and partnership with our talen acquisition team.

* proficient in microsoft office
* english communication skills (verbal and written)
