This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure accurate financial reporting.key responsibilities:- oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.- supervise the finance team in their day-to-day activities.accounting and reporting:- prepare and submit various financial statements and reports on time to meet stakeholders' requirements.- oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations.- manage accounting for fixed and intangible assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.controlling & compliance:- provide in-depth financial performance analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.- implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.audit management:- develop and implement internal audit plans to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial processes.- coordinate external audit activities, communicate with auditors, and provide required information and documents.tax management:- manage the company's tax planning to ensure tax compliance and optimize the tax burden.- supervise tax declaration and payment processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax-related tasks.budget and cost management:- organize and coordinate the preparation of the company's annual budget, including formulating budget policies, guiding departments in drafting budget proposals, consolidating and reviewing budget drafts, and developing the company's budget plan.- monitor budget implementation, conduct regular budget variance analyses, and address issues in budget execution promptly to provide decision-making support to management.required skills and qualifications:- college diploma in relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, executive assistance, archive management)- at least 5 years' relevant experience related to accounting tasks and in audit or outsourcing accounting firm.- 7-10 years' of finance experience, at least 4 years' experience in hands-on coordinating positions in accounting areas.
