The purpose of this role is to oversee a portfolio of suppliers within a geographical area, ensuring the effective provision of multiple transportation services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating rates, terms, and conditions with suppliers, as well as monitoring their commercial and operational performance.

This includes developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring they understand our value proposition and have the necessary tools to maximize their performance.

The Senior Supplier Manager will also be responsible for delivering contracts across a geographical area, in line with internal contract cycle deadlines.

They must ensure all contracts meet internal governance, audit, and compliance frameworks.

Effective supplier management is key, and the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all commercial matters, contracts, promotions, and contract amendments within their geographical region.

The role involves supporting internal colleagues to ensure suppliers meet health and safety requirements and deliver agreed service level agreements.

Sourcing new product requests to ensure full product coverage within the geographical area is also a critical responsibility.

The Senior Supplier Manager will work closely with the Pricing team to monitor supplier performance and ensure competitiveness and availability are not issues.

Strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as experience in delivering results in fast-paced environments, are essential for this role.

As we expand, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help drive growth through innovative partnerships.

Role Overview: We are looking for a technical-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on Market Growth to drive expansion through resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances.

You will recruit, onboard, and nurture partnerships that generate new park sign-ups and active RoverPass users across North America.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage reseller and strategic referral partnerships across North America.
- Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with partners such as resellers, brokers, associations, and management companies.
- Lead technical discussions with partners regarding integrations, system compatibility, and product workflows.
- Assist partners with product demos, including basic explanation of RoverPass platform functionalities and integration options.
- Drive market growth by focusing on partner acquisition and live park conversions.
- Work closely with partners to ensure parks successfully go live and actively use RoverPass.
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance through CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Manage partner commission reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless park onboarding and partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles with a technical component.
- Strong understanding of the North American market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to have technical conversations about integrations, APIs, and basic SaaS architecture (non-developer level, but technical enough).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English fluency.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic technical tools (e.g., understanding integrations via Zapier, APIs, SaaS platforms).
- Bonus: Experience in the outdoor hospitality industry (RV parks, campgrounds, travel, tourism).
