responsibilities
* analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies.
* prepare quality of earnings (qoe) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.
* evaluate financial trends, normalize ebitda, and identify post‑transaction risks or synergies.
* lead client meetings and support executive discussions.
* deliver cross‑border projects with latam.
* build robust financial models for analysis and valuation.
* supervise and mentor junior team members.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in transaction services, m&a advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting).
* advanced skills in excel and financial modeling.
* ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.
* english proficient.
