Responsibilities :
Strong knowledge on Requirements Engineering, Hardware design and module development for EV / HEV (Electric/Hybrid) Convertors
Solid understanding of Power Electronics Fundamentals
Experience in the complete life-cycle of an electronics project process
Experience in Switched Mode Power Supply Topologies & Planar Magnetics Design
Experience in Digital & Analog circuits
Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN
Hands-on experience with engineering tools like Mathcad, SABER and eADM (desired)
Knowledge of Requirements Management tool like DOORS will be an added advantage
Ability to perform independent Test & Measurement activities using Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Multimeter, Logic Analyzer, Power Analyzer etc
Willingness to coordinate with other engineering teams - Mechanics, PCB Layout, Validation, and Production
8 to 10 years of experience in Hardware design
Strong communication skills and an innovation mindset
Experience with regulatory groups to ensure product is compliant with applicable safety and environmental standards is a plus
Experience with PCB layout design is a plus
Qualifications :
