in this position, you will work closely with clients to design change management strategies, assess change readiness, and develop communication plans to support successful change initiatives.
you will also provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive adoption and minimise resistance.

requirements
* bachelor's degree in management or related field
* 7 years of experience in business process outsourcing or related work
* oral and written proficiency in english required
skills and experience
* working knowledge of microsoft office suite and productivity tools
* competence in digital tools like alteryx, powerbi, tableau, and data analytics
* experience in audit-related processes and analysis, including risk assessment and mitigation
* understanding of accounting and business concepts, including financial management and reporting
* ability to coach subordinates in their career development and growth
* demonstrating self-motivation and personal growth commitment
* committing to continuous training and proactive learning
preferred qualifications
* 4 years of experience working with workforce management systems and related software
* ukg functional experience and expertise
* knowledge of the end-to-end payroll process and associated procedures
* conversational english and strong communication skills
