~3+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
~ proficiency in design tools (e.g., canva, adobe suite) and digital platforms.
~ ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

establish and deploy internal communication strategies that align with the business strategy both tactically and operationally.
ensure the application of the internal communication policy.
refer departments, as needed.
(connect other areas with external comms, as needed. Acting as a liaison/partner.)
maintain consistent brand positioning and internal guidelines across communications.
ensure uniformity of communication in the region per global strategies.
follow the guidelines within the identified branding strategy outlined by global comms team.
coordinate internal campaigns, defining the best communication mix (print, electronic, face-to-face).
conduct diagnosis and research with internal audiences to tailor communication efforts.
plan and conduct internal events, leveraging face-to-face channels to maximize engagement.
plan, manage, operationalize various internal communication channels (announcements, campaigns, alignments with industrial units, events).
update and manage communications employee experience platform for the mexico audience, collaborating with global communications team.
provide translations for all various types of comms.
