responsibilities:
* support the sales team in selling products to existing clients through portfolio analysis, needs analysis, and customer risk profiling.
* disseminate information on industry trends, financial markets, and competitors’ products for meaningful sales engagement.
* develop a training roadmap for relationship managers and ensure successful completion of regulatory and skills training.
* promote customer engagement through meetings and product awareness talks.
* conduct joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate appropriate product purchases.
* enhance the knowledge level of branch managers.
* act as the compliance gatekeeper for adherence to regulatory guidelines.
* monitor potential sales complaints, cancellations, lapse rates, and sales issues.
* identify and escalate potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks.
* assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards, and supervise others to maintain these standards.
qualifications:
* 2-5 years of financial sales experience preferred.
education:
* bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
