qualifications: - minimum of 5years of recruitment experience.
- proven experience in hiring inmexico, with a preference for monterrey.
- strong background insourcing and recruitment operations.
- demonstrated tenure in aleading role for several years.
- extensive experience in bpo orcontact center recruitment.
- strong sourcing skills and experiencein large-scale recruitment.
- proven experience in high-volumerecruitment, managing 200+ hires per month.
- excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
- experience working withmultinational organizations and supporting teams across variousregions.
- experience in process automation under candidatescreening - experience in recruitment marketing sourcing(preferred) preferred skills: - experience with recruitmentsoftware and applicant tracking systems.
- knowledge of local labormarket trends and best practices.
- bilingual in spanish andenglish.
