This role provides solutions when needed in order to maintain optimal reconnet database and application performance as well as updated reporting tables. This role also suggests and applies problem-solving techniques to resolve root causes of issues with the load files in reconnet and the data entered in autozone’s custom banking software.responsibilities:responsible for design and development requests to modify bots that are already in productionlead administrator for supporting internal banking software applicationensures all new bots and their attributes are captured in our ecosystem tracking file· assists in processes to data sync approved bot activity from reconnet into certificationlearn customer business processes and gain an understanding of all data sources in order to accurately support post-production issuesassists in processes to data sync approved bot activity from reconnet into certification.assist in installation of the certification and reconnet upgrades including subsequent upgrades for security patchesmaintains updated documentation of all reconciliation types, scripts, sftp/ftp, data storage, and server maintenance requirementsrequired:bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer scienceminimum 1 year of experience in erp system administration or equivalentproject management experiencebasic knowledge of sql server administrationbasic knowledge of sql programmingbasic knowledge of visual basic for scriptingbilingual in spanish & english (verbal & written) preferred:experience with trintech products: reconnetexperience writing process design documentationproficiency in database performance, maintenance, backup, and recovery processesexperience with visio, sharepoint 365, and rocket shuttle
