provide user support for sales & marketing teams, particularly during key reporting periods.
develop functional specifications, gather user approvals, conduct uats, and create requirements for production releases.
conduct data analysis to support marketing campaigns, sales performance tracking, and market research.
monitor and follow up on customer service requests (csrs) in collaboration with business relationship managers (brms).
track and resolve tickets related to sales & marketing applications and tools.
create business requirements for global sales & marketing teams.
follow up support incidents to understand recurrent issues and implement permanent solutions.
collaborate with and influence key internal and external business stakeholders.
mentor junior analysts and support team members in their daily tasks.
requirements & qualifications
strong organizational and analytical skills, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
positive attitude and excellent communication skills for engaging with upper management.
ability to handle fluent and assertive conversations in english (written and verbal).
education & experience
2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably related to sales & marketing.
experience with crm platforms (., salesforce, hubspot) is a plus.
