*are you a proven real estate sales leader with a deep understanding of the riviera maya market, and the ability to close deals, build high-performing teams, and create structure where others see chaos?
at *plalla real estate*, we are growing fast.we have a professional sales & marketing team, modern office, daily leads, in-house transportation and the vision.now, we need a *sales manager* who goes far beyond supervision.this is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who can *design our property listing system* from the ground up and help shape the next stage of our growth.
*your mission*:- *build our listing system (priority #1)*: design and implement the entire property listing workflow, from intake and photography coordination to crm integration, marketing distribution, and data integrity.you will create the playbook that ensures every property is listed correctly, consistently, and competitively.
- *lead & develop the sales team*: you will hire, train, coach and supervise our agents.your focus is helping them close more deals through coaching, accountability, and hands-on support during negotiations and client conflicts.
- *drive operational excellence*: you will develop strategies to meet monthly sales goals, manage the sales pipeline, supervise daily activities, and organize team agendas.you will ensure the team stays focused, disciplined, and motivated.
- *analyze & report on performance*: you will produce and analyze kpi reports to track individual and team performance, conversion rates, and lead follow-up.you will use data to coach, course-correct, and celebrate wins.
- *lead from the front*: you will hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving the company minivan to transport agents and their clients for viewings.you'll use this time to observe, coach, and support your team in the field.
*your track record*:- *local expert*: 1+ years of experience as a sales manager or highly successful team leader in riviera maya real estate.
- listing pro*:a strong background in property listings and inventory management.
*:- *system builder*: a history of building or significantly improving listing systems, crm workflows, or sales operations.
- *staff coach*: deep experience training and coaching real estate agents—not just managing numbers, but developing people.
- *bilingual fluency: in spanish and english*.
french is a strong plus.
- *road ready*: valid driver's license and confidence driving a company vehicle.
- *high ethics*: an ethical, professional, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
- playa local*:you possess a laptop and smartphone for work and are a current resident of playa del carmen.
