*key responsibilities*:
- drive sme americas pricing strategy and program deployment to deliver on sme aop price impact target.
- provide sme pricing inputs for strap and aop.
- establish and deploy sme pricing strategies, policies and processes aligned to sme strap and hps level strategies.
- drive americas price realization through consistent and data driven communication and training to customer facing teams and customers
- drive and support value pricing projects for new and existing products including estimating value delivered versus that of competition and determining customer willingness-to-pay.
- manage sme annual price evaluation process and escalation implementation activities.
- ensure consistent reporting and communication of pricing strategy, deployments and progress across sme
- alignment of functional metrics to ensure business needs are understood and addressed.
- measured on pole revenue and net promoters score.
- working with respective functions to improve wall to wall cycle time.
- driving digitization and tools adoption.
- driving premium customer care program.
- driving efficiency improvement and new operational models (back office, outsourcing, etc.).
- indirectly managing local project coordinators.
- business contribution to supply chain simplification, business simplification, repositioning, initiatives.
- deep diving with function owners on poor metrics and areas to improve
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in business, finance, or relevant degree
- strong experience in pricing leadership role
- english proficiency
