- monitoring the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements.
- identify, compile and analyze (global) customer requirements based on the hierarchical level; define the contact matrix and integrate the participating internal organization; achieve all aspects of customer satisfaction; forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization; define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer.
- participation in pricing and annual price negotiations.
- escalation (internal and external) of problems if the promised objectives cannot be achieved.
- checking all customer contract documents against hella's internal requirements.

- knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitor accounts and are able to positively leverage this knowledge.
- software skills in vector canoe combined with basic programming skills.
