job summary
contributes to the new process planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams. (pumps and injectors components)

* support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business goals.
* apply manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to optimize equipment, processes, and standard work.
* contribute to project execution by supporting planning, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination.
* monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues in collaboration with different teams.
* assist in budget tracking, risk identification, and overall project analysis using quality tools.
* partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
* maintain accurate project documentation and share key learnings to support continuous improvement.
* follow all safety procedures during implementation and daily activities.
* reporting the implementation progress to the management.
required experience and skills
* more than 2 years experience as a manufacturing engineer, preferably in new product introduction.
* experience in manufacturing documentation processes, including fmea, control plans, and process documentation.
* experience managing purchase orders and supporting procurement‑related activities.
* strong english communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a global environment.
nice to have skills
* experience in machinery implementation and new process development.
* experience in project management using microsoft project or similar project‑management tools.
* experience in spc (statistical process control).
* minitab experience.
* industry: mes/iot for traceability and data.
qualifications
education, licenses, certifications:
bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering, electromechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field preferred.
experience:
