Role overview
we’re hiring a bdr manager to build and scale our outbound motion targeting title companies. This role will own pipeline generation for this new vertical—hiring, training, and leading a team of bdrs while also getting in the trenches to prove what works.
You’re not just managing—you’re building a playbook from scratch, dialing in messaging, and creating a repeatable engine that drives demos and revenue.
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
build, hire, and develop a team of 10–15+ bdrs focused on the title company segment
act as both a player and coach —leading from the front while scaling the team
design and iterate outbound strategy (calls, email, sms, sequencing) for this new market
