Senior sales manager role
this is a key position in our organization where you will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve the company's sales strategy and targets.
main responsibilities:
* lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to deliver results-oriented performance.
* create an annual business plan to drive revenue growth and ensure delivery of agreed-upon channel kpis.
* cultivate strong customer relationships to drive 'best-in-industry' execution across product categories.
* collaborate with stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, activation teams, and sales capabilities, to optimize regional performance.
requirements:
* in-depth knowledge of market trends, routes-to-market, and consumer behavior.
* proven experience in sales leadership and managing high-performing sales teams.
* strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* a minimum of 10 years of experience working in direct sales distribution (dsd) / traditional trade (tt) environments.
* previous experience as a regional sales manager within consumer packaged goods (cpg) industries.
* demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
