We’re on the lookout for a talented creative designer to help us level up our ad creative work and drive real performance.

- experienced with both static and video ad design and creative strategy for paid media
- comfortable working with 6-8 figure ecommerce brands
- strong in both visual creativity and detail orientation
- up-to-date on modern design trends and ad creative performance
- an excellent communicator with strong english writing and speaking skills
- always learning and eager to grow within your role
*what you’ll do*
*ad creative support for paid media*
- design performance-driven ad creatives (static and video) for platforms like facebook, instagram, & tiktok
- using figma for static ad production, and adobe premiere pro & after effects for video ad production
- organize and maintain file & folder structures for all design assets
- ensure a non-destructive editing process to eliminate redundancies during production
- work with our head of creative and media buyers to review and improve creatives
- maintain a repository of creative executions in foreplay
- conduct competitor research to stay informed on market trends
- ideate and test new creative strategies to support client growth
- document creative learnings and share them with the internal team
*creative studio and branding projects*
- build a theme and format library based on ad performance data
- support process improvement across the design and creative workflow
- stay engaged with ongoing training and industry learning
*podcast post-production*
- edit brighter click’s and our client’s podcast videos
- selecting and clipping short videos from the full-length podcast video to be shared on socials (linkedin, x, youtube), ensuring content is within safe zones
- write the post copy to accompany the clips
- produce the newsletter that accompanies the podcast
- maintain templates for each step of the process for consistency in output
*what you need to succeed*
- 3 to 4 years of experience in ad design (both static and video)
- proven work on paid media campaigns for ecommerce brands
- experience incorporating ad copy into creative planning
- full-time availability
- strong creative instincts and high attention to detail
- a clear understanding of ecommerce marketing and creative best practices
