Gaba telepsychiatry is looking for front desk representative.
As a healthcare customer service provider, your primary responsibility is ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported.
In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact, requiring a genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding for those seeking mental health support. Your contribution to their well-being is significant, making your role essential in their journey.
Excellent people skills and superior organizational abilities are crucial to excel in this position.
You will handle calls regarding appointments, new patient education, patient check-in, and check-out, collect patient balances and payments, schedule appointments, send and receive correspondence, document calls, and assist patients through their registration process.
