about the role
the lead revenue cycle provisioning analyst serves as the senior functional lead supporting the client’s enterprise user provisioning activities across revenue cycle applications.
opportunity
* provide daily operational leadership to the client’s revenue cycle provisioning team, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of user access requests.
* lead and perform advanced user provisioning activities across revenue cycle systems including cerner, medhost, meditech, paragon, sunrise, payer portals, and related tools in alignment with client information security policies.
* lead weekly status calls with key markets and vendors to evaluate performance, review open items, and anticipate access requirements.
* monitor the client’s itsm queue to ensure timely triage and resolution of tasks; enforce sla expectations with team members.
* create and maintain detailed sops, provisioning standards, workflow documentation, and knowledge resources for the client.
what you need
* 4‑6+ years of experience supporting revenue cycle applications, it access management, or enterprise provisioning.
* demonstrated experience in a lead, senior analyst, or mentoring role, preferably within a healthcare or enterprise it environment.
* strong background in active directory, multi‑domain environments, or user‑access governance.
* expert‑level understanding of revenue cycle workflows and access requirements.
* strong leadership, mentoring, and workload coordination skills.
* advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
* skilled at communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* ability to develop dashboards, sla reports, and other metrics‑based tools.
* strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
* associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
* security‑related training or certifications (e.g., iam, itil, security+) beneficial but not required.
