responsibilities:
* organize, lead, and evaluate the performance of the recruiting staff under your command.
* manage key performance indicators (kpis) and reports (e.g., number of pending positions, time to fill, time to present).
* focus on meeting account and business unit goals and objectives.
* develop staff through onboarding, training, clarifying doubts, and performance evaluations.
* represent the company to clients.
* develop and implement recruitment strategies.
requirements:
* experience in recruiting and selecting personnel with information technology profiles is essential.
* complete bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, communication, or related fields.
* strong communication skills in both oral and written spanish and english are essential.
* applicants must reside in guadalajara, mexico, or its metropolitan area.
* previous experience leading it recruitment teams is essential.
