Responsibility:
* handle resident enquires
* provide premier customer service to our resident
* assist in event and festival activities
* monitor reception counter and support daily operation
* provide assistance whenever requiredshift duty is required
requirements:
* relevant experience in customer service field, especially property/hotel management experience will be an advantage
* pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
* good command of spoken and written english and cantonese, with fluency in putonghua an advantage
* proficient in ms office and chinese word processing
* immediate available is highly preferred
candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant concierge officer
